UK delivery is tracked, signed for and insured. Choose free Royal Mail tracked delivery or next-day Special Delivery (£15) at checkout. Made-to-order engagement rings show their own lead time on the product page. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. This applies to vintage pieces and to standard-size made-to-order engagement rings. Rings made to your own specification or personalised may be exempt; we will always tell you before you buy.
- Tell us within 14 days via our contact page, then send it back within a further 14 days.
- Return it unworn and in the condition you received it, with any packaging and certificates.
- Please use a tracked, insured service.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the original payment method.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us via our contact page.
Condition grades
| Mint | As new or never worn. No visible wear under a ×10 loupe. Original finish. |

| Excellent | Light signs of careful use visible only up close. No dents, no loose or chipped stones, hallmark crisp. |
| Very Good | Normal wear for its age: visible scratches, light rubbing of edges or engraving, slight hallmark wear. Stones secure. |
| Good | Obvious wear: noticeable scratches, small dings, worn engraving or hallmark, possible old repairs. Stones secure but may show chips. |
| Fair | Heavy wear or a stated defect, sold as described and photographed. |
| New | Laboratory-grown diamond engagement rings, made to order. |
